Mother Shahraz

Mother Shahraz Strategy — Black Temple

Phase 3 · Black Temple · 2 tanks, 6 healers, rest dps

A resistance-gear and positioning fight. Shahraz teleports random players and blasts them with Fatal Attraction if they're near each other, and hits the raid with rotating Prismatic (shadow/fire/etc.) beams. The classic strategy stacks the whole raid in one spot with shadow-resistance gear.

Fight phases

  1. 1

    Single phase

Tank Shahraz; the raid stacks tightly (shadow resist helps) to share the Prismatic beam damage evenly. When Fatal Attraction teleports players, they immediately spread apart to avoid the lethal proximity explosion, then restack.

By role

Tanks

Tank swap on Saber Lash — it splits between the two closest players, so two tanks stand together to share it. Otherwise straightforward positioning.

Healers

The Prismatic Aura beams are constant raid damage — this is a heavy, sustained raid-heal fight, eased massively by shadow-resistance gear. Fatal Attraction players take a burst if they don't spread.

DPS

Stack where assigned to distribute the beams. The instant Fatal Attraction hits you, run away from the other affected players, then return to the stack. Positioning discipline is the whole fight.

Common mistakes

  • Fatal Attraction targets not spreading and exploding on each other.
  • Bringing no shadow resistance and out-damaging the healers with beam damage.
