Single-target rotation
- 1Keep Battle Shout up; stay in Berserker Stance.
- 2Bloodthirst on cooldown, then Whirlwind on cooldown.
- 3Dump excess rage into Heroic Strike (queue it) — never rage-cap.
- 4Execute below 20%; Whirlwind + Cleave on multi-target.
- 5Death Wish + Recklessness + trinkets aligned with Bloodlust.
Prioritize Bloodthirst > Whirlwind, and use Heroic Strike to bleed off excess rage without clipping swings. Reach the hit cap and stack expertise before pure AP — a missed or dodged special is huge lost rage and damage. Position behind the boss to avoid parries.
